TabTrade — What It Is
TabTrade.com opened in March 2026. Online broker registered in Saint Lucia, regulated by the FSRA. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, an well-known broker.
The BlackBull connection tells you something. It suggests the founder knows how a proper broker operates. Does not guarantee anything. It is better than a founder with no industry background.
TabTrade came out of the gate with execution through Equinix servers. Same data centres prime brokers run on. Most new brokers focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade went the other way. Not the typical playbook.
What you can trade: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, equities, crypto, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For a broker that is a few months old, that coverage is not narrow.
The Software
You get: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Both MT5 and cTrader from the same login. A lot of brokers commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Access to both is useful. Use whichever you prefer.
MT5 is the industry standard. Full charting, EAs, tons of scripts and indicators. If you know MetaTrader before, there are no surprises.
cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Better depth of market. Faster charting. cBot support. Many people like it better than MT5 after comparing.
Direct FIX connectivity is available for algo traders but requires the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView is said to be on the roadmap. That should make the platform set when it arrives.
Costs
Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Zero commission. Straightforward. $0 to start. Works for beginners.
Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. What you actually pay: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is often below 0.2 pips. Meaning your actual cost per trade can be under half a pip. That is good for an offshore broker. Most brokers that run raw pricing at this level want $500 or more to open. This broker requires zero deposit.
VIP account. $25k to open. FIX API, faster fills, custom pricing. Not relevant to the average person. Ignore this one unless you run serious volume.
How Fast Are the Fills
This is the thing Tab Trade separates from most new launches. Equinix servers in London. Execution below 30 milliseconds on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. These are institutional numbers. The average platform run a much wider range.
Does this affect you? If you trade small timeframes, absolutely. The difference between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you swing trade, it matters less. What matters is the infrastructure is there. That says something about priorities.
Put together that infrastructure with raw spreads at $3.50 per side and what you get is strong. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.
Safety
Now, the detail that matters. The broker is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No CySEC. No investor compensation scheme. If that is a dealbreaker, look elsewhere. Lots of FCA-regulated options out there.
That said. The founder came from BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The server placement is not cheap. Dodgy operations do not invest in Equinix connectivity. That does not replace tier-1 regulation. It does factor into your decision.
The trade-off: you trade regulatory safety. In exchange: high leverage, cheap spreads, no minimum deposit, fast fills. Whether the trade-off works comes down to your priorities.
Deposit Bonus
TabTrade runs a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Typical deposit match. You fund your account, TabTrade add bonus funds. Standard terms apply: minimum lots traded before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Check the terms before funding.
